Board Solutions is a Moscow-based Executive Search and Board Services firm. The firm
specializes in chief executive, board member and senior-level management search
assignments. In addition to executive search services, we offer corporate governance
advisory, board evaluation, and advisory to pre-IPO clients.
We are currently looking for a Researcher to strengthen our team.
The Researcher provides support in candidate identification for high-level positions
across a broad spectrum of industries, and in business development activities of the
firm. The Researcher will be expected to successfully engage in the following aspects of
the search assignment:
· Conduct in-depth analysis of various business sectors
· Together with Consultants of the firm develop strategy for executing the search
and identifying qualified candidates
· Conduct market research on companies’ activities, and corporate structures
· Develop companies target lists
· Evaluate client information on the project: understanding client needs,
requirements, client culture and environment in order to identify the talent pool
for the role
· Identify possible business development opportunities
· Pre-screen and telephone interviewing potential candidates
· Participate in consulting clients on market trends and industry changes
throughout the search process
· Participate in drafting/editing project status reports, candidates’ appraisals, as
well as other documents for internal and external use
· Arrange and coordinate candidates’ interviews with a client
· Input and update data in the corporate database
· Act as the liaison between candidates, consultants and clients and in absence of
consultants, maintain client contacts and coordinate the course of projects
The ideal candidate for the position has an academic degree, analytical skills and
natural curiosity, strong details & results orientation, ability to prioritize and meet
deadlines. He/she should be a team-player, fast learner, and well-organized person.
He/she should possess high energy, confidence, maturity and strong communication
and interpersonal skills. Team spirit and an international scope are essential for this
role. Previous experience in research departments with management consulting or
executive search firms is considered to be an asset. Fluency in Russian and English is
required.
